CitedBy: UI improvements #161
Description
Add Package title, Package authors and package PubDate pulled from the EML via Ridare.
- We don't want to use journal citation values here, since they refer to the article, not to the package.
- The values are not available in the DPM database
- Nor are they available in Solr, since we index only the latest version of a package there
