Recommendations for reporting to different stake holder groups #39

At the May LTER Water Cooler on EDI Reporting Tools, @srearl and @atn38 requested guidance on what, when, and where to report/advertise information about a site's data publications. Additionally, they raised the good point that these reporting metrics vary by stakeholder group.
We offer some guidance and tooling in the Reporting to Funders page, but could be improved with delineation of other stakeholders (e.g. scientists, general public) and their needs/interests.
The LTER ASM meeting in September will be a good opportunity for some of this.
