Display an item counter next to each domain name

To see how many items are in each domain, could we add a little counter to the right of anywhere a domain name appears (homepage, collections and domains, subcollections and domains, and results lists). Something not too obtrusive but clear

This is kind of a major project. A large reason why is because DSpace's DSpace object API, for every domain that I examined under the hood, sends its number of archived items as archivedItemsCount: -1. What's surprising is that this is a property of domains (collections) that DSpace sends out. What's not surprising is that it's just -1 every time (I had a similar issue trying to figure out how to show which items are the latest version or not – the property is there in the API, but when you try to get it, it doesn't work). I can do another look into it but I can see this becoming a time-consuming rabbit hole, unfortunately.

I'm going to move this into the backlog unless it's urgent. I can take a look at this if/when I have some downtime sometime in the future, maybe once the pipeline refactor is over.

I found some DSpace PRs related to this: looks like they've implemented this feature not too long ago but for some reason, it's returning -1 on our instance:

• Item counters added to Communities and Collections REST API DSpace/DSpace#8843
• Archived items field added to example JSON's. DSpace/RestContract#231
