Gene name displayed differently (PHI-base 5)

In this one (https://test-phi5.phi-base.org/#/search-detail-page/PHIG:9323). Gene name in the deletion strain is FG04848.1 delta. However, in the transformant, the gene name is RGAE. In PHI-Canto, I put "RGAE" as the gene name throughout (https://canto.phi-base.org/curs/6cdc3548f66a116c/ro/).

Also the GO biological processes term name is not displayed.

Thanks. The gene name issue is a known issue which I think is due to PHI-Canto not using the allele name when exporting deletion alleles (instead it uses the gene name from UniProt). I still need to open an issue on the Canto tracker about this; I'll do that today.

Based on the repeated problems we're seeing with ontology terms not displaying, I suspect the data upload tool is failing to load the latest versions of the ontologies. I still need to investigate this.
