Instrument pane does not populate if no ROM is loaded #41
Description
Upon importing an SPC file, the list of ARAM addresses of the samples, as well as the list of instrument parameters remain blank.
Before
After loading a ROM...
Nothing happens. However, when you switch to the Sequence Editor and immediately click back onto Instruments, it populates.
Also note the garbage data detected at the end.
