Crucial Environment settings issue

Hi! Thank you very much for your excellent work!
I was setting up the environment, as said in the repo, it is suggested that we use python = 3.8.19. However, when using python<3.9, there will be trouble when "pip install -e ." the "dex-retargeting" package reedited by your work.

Is there any solutions for this issue?
