Recognize the type for the properties

When extracting a component and a interpolation is part of it, then the @Input type is currently any. It would be better if the actual type would be determined and used.

Maybe the information can be retrieved by the Angular Language Service.

The following could work:
Based on the code from the angular language service, they also created a client which is then used from vscode side. This client provides a function that type checks the current cursor position. The response should be in the LSP format for the hover response.

This should work even though its async, because the getTcbUnderCursor is executed in sync until the language server request starts and after that the textEditor cursor position is no longer needed.

It will not be quite so easy, as this requires the property AngularLanguageClient.client to be instantiated and this only happens after the start() method. But, that could start a second language service and thats not acceptable
