pr2_etherCAT halts motors on startup when launching large files (ros ticket #4577) #31
Description
I'm launching pr2_etherCAT on my machine, and another file immediately after that. It looks like pr2_etherCAT is halting motors on startup. This only happens the first time I load the program. After I load it once, the program seems to start faster and motors don't halt. Motors halt because of a watchdog timeout.
Using cturtle, pr2_ethercat_drivers 1.1.5, pr2_robot 1.0.1
