Login error G4S shieldalarm

I dont know if the reason for the login error is that the credentials I am using is for the G4S ShieldAlarm, and the reason the login is not working is because the integration is meant for another product.
I have checked my credentials several times and also changed password and logged in through G4S app, to rule out the possivility of being an input error.

This integration only works with their old system. Not the Shield Alarm. Sorry
