Version 5.0.1 still installs include and cmake files with "3" in their names

For example:
* /usr/local/include/eigen3
* /usr/local/share/eigen3/cmake/Eigen3Config.cmake

The gitlab page https://gitlab.com/libeigen/eigen doesn't mention that this project is named "eigen3", it's rather named "eigen". No explanation of eigehn3 there either. "3" must have come from the previous version 3.x

Please fix.
