pyulog 1.2.1 is failing to pip install

I have found that pip install of pyulog is now failing since the release of 1.2.1 due to the below issues, I can confirm that 1.2.0 is indeed working for the two machines I have tried it on:

Interesting, it works for me. I think I found the issue: #116.
Meanwhile to test it you can update setuptools.

I see the issue now, setuptools past 75.3.2 is not compatible with python 3.8. To then fix this I have jumped up to python 3.9 and retried the steps.

no wheel is provided at the latest release, only an sdist. See https://pypi.org/project/pyulog/1.2.1/#files.

This leaves consumers of the package exposed to such things, because every installation now has to build the wheel - which can go wrong.

The correct fix is to fix the deploy workflow so that it publishes both an sdist and a wheel

Thanks for the info, I added the wheel as well in e328bd3.
It is on pypi as well now: https://pypi.org/project/pyulog/#files (also without the binary files).
