[Suggestion] When we publish a new GHCR image, we should tag with the date too #23

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The title is self explanatory. When we release a new image version on GHCR, it would be cool to also publish it with the date in ISO 8601, so YYYYMMDD or with the YAP version contained. In this way we can give the users a possibility to go back in time/user older versions.
