Dialog Disappears on Device Rotation

When I perform these sequences of events, the dialog on screen disappears:

Sequence 1:

1. Click on Add Button
2. Orientation Change

Sequence 2:

1. Open Swipe Tab
2. Click on Embedded Browser
3. Insert URL [resource located by URL contains a video]
4. Click on ...(More Options)
5. Click on Video Detector
6. Orientation Change
