Pkg deps (#12)

* Workaround for travis osx issue.
* Added dependencies to system packages
* Minor cleanup. Added error code on SFTPIOError exceptions.
* Added stage conditional flags
* Updated docstrings, documentation. Added sftp handle API documentation page.
