PGAdmin necessity question

Hi!

Thanks for good Marzban replacement!

I understand, that the panel is intended to be used in clear way with SSL, but in most production cases i think it is more practical to use panels like this under the reverse proxy (nginx, apache, e.t.c) for bringing more flexibility to the server.
Does it really needs to bind PGAdmin on 0.0.0.0 (to be accessible from the WAN, even if SSL wasn't configured)? And does the panel really requires an instance of PGAdmin? I've tried to remove PGAdmin section from docker-compose file, and on restart it causes a circular reboot.

problem should be solved, now pgadmin is only available 127.0.0.1
