Query import breaks after 30 sec or so

After starting this query to import spoken Wikipedia audios, it runs for a little while – maybe 30 seconds or around 15 items – and then the results disappear so the results area is blank again and one has to click the green Load button again.

This was because several files were not yet on Commons. I needed to import these to Commons first. Afterwards the tool did run through without breaking. However, the tool should not break when it comes across several files not yet on Commons: instead it should just show a warning and list them but still edit items where the files are on Commons.
