Enable setting qualifiers alongside #210

Please allow also setting qualifiers for the imported values.

Sometimes, it can be as simple as allowing to set a hard-coded value to specified qualifier for all items of the query run.

For example, when importing spoken Wikipedia audios from English Wikipedia using this query, I'd like to set the language qualifier (P407). Example of what it does. Note that when that qualifier is set, it could be used in various ways (e.g. the language is displayed and used in the category pages on Wikimedia Commons in their infoboxes and it makes the audios show up in this list).

Similarly, I'd also like to use another parameter of the template for another qualifier: Template:Spoken_Wikipedia has a date parameter and I'd like to simply add the value in it to the qualifier recording date. Here's how the data should eventually look like (and note that this also needs to be corrected for items where just either of these qualifiers isn't set).

(And I know QuickStatements can be used by a few skilled contributors to time-intensively laboriously manually add the qualifiers after the audios have been added. Looks like the files are not even all in the Commons category for spoken Wikipedia audios, I don't know if that's what user Jura1 used for QS (example) – the user didn't answer my question how it was done but I don't want to work on this since the tool itself would be much better if it allowed setting the qualifier right away.)

This is really important for this tool. If it's functional, the usefulness is greatly reduced if one can't set qualifiers with it also.
