Adds duplicate values ("do not load items with property set" does not work) #211
Description
This scan added duplicate values despite that "do not load items with property set" was checked before clicking the load button.
This is despite that the statements have been added long before the loading. Example 1 Example 2 It could also be a Wikidata issue which may also cause the listeria bot to currently remove items from list as reported here.
