Damping slider incorrect

The slider bar for damping seems to be very small and also invisible.

Also the sensitivity part is squished

What platform and Unity version are you on ?
The min/max values of the Damping slider are hard-coded, so I can't think of any reason why the editor would display that slider incorrectly. Could it be there's some other package/code that is doing editor stuff ?
Does this issue occur in other projects ?

I tested it across 6000 2023 and 2022. I also tested it on blank new projects. I downloaded the other releases and it seems it broke starting from pre-14. It works fine on pre-13 and older.
