does "Could not verify" mean that the app could not read the QR code or the QR code was damaged or that the QR format isn't supported.
I think this means that QR Code can't be read. If someone only has 80% of a valid QR code, I assume they get the same message
Suggestion: use reason code discussed in other tickets or change to something like "QR code not recognized"
