Missing save functions which break some stuff in Windows_Libs

Missing the implementation of the following functions in C4JStorage and their consequent calls:

• C4JStorage::SetSaveDevice
• C4JStorage::SetDefaultSaveNameForKeyboardDisplay
• C4JStorage::SetState
• C4JStorage::CopySaveDataToNewSave
• C4JStorage::SetSaveDeviceSelected
• C4JStorage::GetSaveDeviceSelected
• C4JStorage::DoesSaveExist
• C4JStorage::EnoughSpaceForAMinSaveGame
• C4JStorage::SetSaveMessageVPosition
• C4JStorage::GetSaveCacheFileInfo (xContentData variant)
• C4JStorage::GetSaveCacheFileInfo (ppbImageData, pdwImageBytes variant)

Set as partially fixed, as some of these methods are unused in the Windows platform, more documentation has to be done
