Stop "Don't have any XXX?" (sideshift) button from causing the widget to jump

It does this 100% of the time w/ the widget but doesn't seem to be an issue with the regular dialog.

Are you talking about the vertical jump? Like the sideshift dialog is either shorter or taller? What is your ideal behavior there, I assume that it is the same height as the widget?

The problem is the widget height is not really know and is dependent on some responsive definitions and what options are active.
Like the basic widget is quite a bit shorter than a widget with an editable amount and goal set.

The biggest hurdle is the QR code size is responsive to the screen height. So depending how big your screen is the widget height can change. Is there a reason the QR code has a dynamic size based on the window height? We could make that a max pixel value and that could help.

But basically as it is now to prevent the jump we have to pick height for the sideshift container that most often lines up with the widget height.

One other possible solution as I look at it, is we can maybe change it so the sideshift content is rendered on top of the widget content...and it would always be the same size....Im not sure if its rendered one or the other for reason right now though....

I'm also open to ideas on transitions / animations. It could appear and make the dialog "grow".

What about making the button always be there but with 0 opacity. If we determine it's valid to have there, we do an animation to get it to 100% opacity. If the amount is editable then we can fade in/out the button as needed (also probably want to set the button to disabled immeditately when it's no longer usable).

oh are you talking about the little jump from the "don't have any XEC?' button appearing when the modal comes in?

actually Im not seeing that jump anymore....anyway this PR should fix any size jumping on the sideshift container...

The dialog jumping is still there. I'm using localhost:10001 to see it.
