Rephrase sentence in "Setting up autmatic testing on a NUC..."

There's a sentence which I cannot understand -- seems the result of some incomplete editing:
"Without those hooks it depends on that a reboot can be initated over an ssh connection."

I can take care of updating the docs, if you tell me what the desired meaning was.

PELUX Baseline should be automatically tested on the NUC IMO and unclear instructions should be updated as part of making sure that works. Unless it's actually working or being used by the team, I won't try to fix the instructions as I won't know if they are fixed.

We're not currently using this actually, but we should definitely go through the instructions and update wherever needed when we start using it.
