Add information on paper types

I think we need to distinguish a few paper types in the project documentation, and describe the project lifespan for each:

1. The standard lab paper, which involves analyzing processed data from one of our datasets.
2. Data descriptor papers for datasets acquired in the lab (e.g., EF, GRMPY).
3. Software papers
4. Meta-analyses?
