Loot: Show at Mouse doesn't work

The Loot Window option 'Open Window at Mouse' doesn't work.

1. I disabled all other addons.
2. Tested - didn't work.
3. Disabled the option - same (the loot window doesn't open at the mouse, as expected in this case)
4. Re-enabled the option - no change - the loot window still doesn't open at the mouse position.

Hi!

"Open Window at Mouse" only works for Manual Loot mode, the one that requires you to disable Auto Loot. The primary goal of opening near the mouse is that you can click it right away without navigating your cursor to the window.

The Loot Notification (with a title "You received") will use a fixed location.
