Description
- Add "Import Templates" section to selectively import Seed Tray, DNA Plate (new), Poland Plate, HTPG Template (Related to Rename default DNA plate template to "Poland Plate" #113 )
- Only import sample data that corresponds to the selected template
- Allow built-in templates to be deleted/removed
