[BUG]: Experiment pull issues when Experimental UI is selected

Description

We are experiencing difficulties pulling certain trials/experiments from DeltaBreed via BrAPI into Field Book when the 'New BrAPI import UI' is selected (if we uncheck the box, the imports work as expected).

In a few cases, we were able to isolate the possible reasons for the issues we encountered and create work-arounds for successful import into Field Book (see below). However, in one instance, we failed to identify a cause.

1. Issues with exp unit ID in DeltaBreed. When this column contains longer identifiers with alpha, numeric and special characters, we are unable to pull the experiment into Field Book. The 'fetching observation units" message and a spinning wheel are shown for long periods of time and the field will not get pulled in.
2. Issues with treatment factors. We are unable to pull in experiments with treatment factors. When that specific field is selected, the screen resets as though it was not selected. Please refer to [https://github.com/[REQUEST]: Pull treatement factors #1218] for more information on this issue.
