Allow only one instance of wishType for given parents

Suppose, we have a wishlist item1:
parents f1 and m1 with wishType w having min1 and max1 as the thresholds.

Right now, the app lets you create a wishlist item2 with same parents and wishType. Need to figure out a way to avoid this

I second this request. A feature that keep duplicate crosses under the same count, using the same crossDbId. All duplicates to be bulked.
