Sumi's summer outfits are broken on import

Describe the bug
Kasumi/Sumire's summer outfits have floating limbs and a her head is super stretched out. This applies to both the ponytail and hair down model.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Import C0010_023_00 or C0010_003_00
2. horror

Expected behavior
It should import properly

Additional context
Her summer models are (seemingly) the only ones that use an A-pose so perhaps its related to that? I'm not sure though as Futaba uses an A-pose and imports correctly.

Thanks for documenting this, it's been on my radar for a little while but not put up the issue for it yet.
The workaround is to set the bind pose to "Scaleless Rest Pose" on import, (which has the side effect of changing the mesh origins). This is probably caused by some problem with multiple meshes with different origins using the same bone and disagreeing on where that bone is supposed to be in space.
That's something that will need a bit of work to figure out and it's on the list of things to revisit for the plugin.

Confirmed a few weeks ago that the Scaleless Rest Pose was broken in a regression on the latest release
