Hi, first of all, thank you for this great software, it has been working great for what I wanted to do.
I was looking into it for future work and I have found 2 issues or improvements:

Guest mode: I have seen there is a -dg flag, it does indeed disable the Guest button but I would expect it to disable guest mode for registered users as well. Right now if I log in into an account I created it works like a guest and only lets me do 3 crawls per day andd I cannot edit the settings, it would be nice to be able to disable guest mode for logged in users.

Persistence: Related with the previous one, if a user is logged in it should have its own set of saved crawls and settings, so each user could have different filters or google pagespeed api.
I do not know if this any of this is implemented but not working for me or if it is intended to work like that.
