Discuss converting front-end to Vue (or Svelte)

Now that the admin interface is going to be much more specific and relatively simple, we want to take this opportunity to move to something lighter than React.

Vue is the currently leaning, but we may land on Svelte if it seems better in the moment.

@hminsky2002 and I had a nice long discussion about this yesterday; we landed on Vue.

Svelte may well be a fine choice here, and there is definitely some interest, but we know Vue will be able to accomplish anything we throw at it and also Harry has more direct experience with it.
