[Feature]: Mix and match providers in the squad config

Currently the provider or backend configuration is at the project level. so i can only choose between claude or copilot for the entire squad.

It would be rather nice to have the provider config per agent. Something like -

• planner - claude-code/claude-opus-4-6
• coder - copilot/claude-sonnet-4.6

I was kinda hoping eventually to move away from needing the CLI wrappers installed in the first place, and making direct API calls to whatever backend the user provides. Or do you see value in keeping copilot/claude around?

I think it's useful to support the CLI tools as well because API calls can get really expensive really fast especially in a scaled setup.

But imo the support should be via the sdks, for eg the copilot-sdk rather than subprocess calls. They probably basically do similar subprocess calls but pack in the CLI tool themselves.
