[Feature request] - Proper Icon Sizing

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes, sort of. I need larger Icons due to bad eyesight, however the icon setting is actually scaling the lower res icon. It seems to use the 16x16 or maybe 32x32 icon and just scales it up. Using any setting other than 32x32 is not practical.

Describe the solution you'd like
Raising icon size should actually use the larger icon in the DLL files like Windows behavior.

Additional context
Pretty self explanatory, but when you change from 32x32 to 48x48 and 64x64 the program should use that actual full quality icon from the exe / dll files instead of just scaling the 32x32 icon up, which creates a pixelated mess.

If you're resizing from the frame's setting window the icons aren't rerendered, when you close the window they will get rerendered. You can also use ctrl+scroll like on the desktop to resize the icons, then they will be rerendered between every change.
