Overlapping channel IDs when using combined files in CalR

When multiple runs are done in a group (i.e., 3 different mice are all housed in channel 0101 at some point), then when the data is processed in CalR it seems to assume they are all the same mice. Should address this by creating an unique channel or just changing it to the mouse ID. Although non-numerical IDs may not work in CalR if it expects an integer.
