QHAna plugins not automatically fetched

**Current Behavior:**
When opening the workflow modeler, the QHAna plugins are not fetched from the registry, only when clicking on "Update configurations".

**Expected Behavior:**
The plugins should be automatically fetched when opening the workflow modeler to improve the user experience.

**Steps to Reproduce:**
- open a new tab with the workflow modeler or reload the tab
