State Template: Election Year's Active state not working #12
Description
It looks like at one point there were some styles to make the year plan "swatches" black when that plan is active.
The "enacted plans" column does have an active state, but the "Election Years" does not.
Noting here so I don't forget about it.
(added class="active" to each <a data-year in inspector)
