Deprecate forms and authorization policies

We should deprecate forms and authorization policies. We have to encourage graphql record_create/record_update and validations in liquid

As discussed with @Slashek this will be handled as part of the Golden Platform initiative.

Don't deprecate these, remote records uses auth policies for authentication.
