 Clearing whole inventories in Death

I've just seen http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/multiinv/forum/other/46860-clearing-whole-inventories-in-death/
Is that inventory clear bug still there or fixed by now?
That's pretty much the only thing keeping me from trying this plugin :)
