Disconnect between annotations and page turner/annotate view

Hi all,

We've just ran into a case where the students returned to their profile after one year (and an update) to find the texts they were annotating without any of the annotations.

Problem:

• Student navigates to "Explore" -> "Materials" and select "Read and annotate" on an item.
• Item opens, but there are no annotations visible, regardless of chosen filtering option.

But they're still there:

• When viewing annotation dashboard, it shows all annotations.
• And when Student visits the annotation dashboard, filter by user and "View in Sewing Kit", they get a list of all annotations.

Any suggestions as to how we can re-tie annotations back to the materials?
