TA sees a refundable $524 "pverty level credit" (page 14-15 of https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=82.08.0206 ) and a $1,000 "senior tax credit" of $1,000 (page 16) that PE may see (there are credits listed in the state tax detail) but do not seem to make it into the tax after credits value.
