Pork2b2tBot doesnt bind ports

I tried the proxy and at start it gives this error :

and doesnt let me connect on mc

that's not an error, it's a warning that can be safely ignored. did you enable the server module in config?

yeah i did but it didnt help, i gave it firewall access
