[Bug]: Windows assembly signing not signing all required files

What happened?

The assembly signing process for windows is not signing all required files.

Signing should be applied to:

• installer EXE
• installer MSI
• application EXE and DLL's

note: Must also ensure that the application EXE and DLL's within the portable (zip) releases is also signed.

What version of the PPTB are you using?

v1.1.2

So, Zips are all good. The Power Platform ToolBox.exe is signed. (Not sure if we should/can sign the zip itself?)
All installers are signed.
Issues is that the Power Platform ToolBox.exe that is installed via all installers (exe & msi. x64 & arm64) is not signed.
