[Bug]: Error info panel is behind

What happened?

Adding a new Connection.
Clicking "Add".
It wasn't added...

I have probably missed some info.
Tried again.
Same issue.
Finally I saw it tried to tell me something.

Needed to expand the window.

These popups should always be on to of everything.
