query to accept multiple search parameters

It would be nice if query could accept a vector of search parameters, e.g. query(MotifDb, c('p53','hsapiens')).

This would be more concise than nested queries and consistent with query() in AnnotationHub.

I just looked at the source code and saw that this has already been implemented — sweet!

The only issue is that man/query.Rd has not been updated to the new function signature.
