Add additional configuration option for analyses

The analyses could be deployed in a separate namespace from the core components, but admins should also have control over which namespaces those are deployed in.

• Add a value to the PO service that allows for specific namespaces to be used for deployed analyses

This issue should not be worked on until the flame-node components are merged into a single helm chart i.e. depends on #36

This issue is now extended to allow for a larger range of configuration options including adding additional security contexts and resource limits
