BUG: changing tenant name in tenant manager ui does not change the sub URL settings in umbrella

Testing on staging:

login with admin to umbrella, apinf & keyrock.

1. create a tenant with name "canichangename" - OK
2. add a user to tenant - OK
3. check if Organisation is created to Keyrock - OK
4. check if Sub URL rule is created to Umbrella - OK
5. change name to "icanchangename" - OK
6. check if Organisation is changed in Keyrock - OK
7. check if Sub URL rule is changed in Umbrella -NOK
8. delete tenant from Apinf -OK

Expected: all changes take place as expected

Actual: changes take place everywhere, except Umbrella.
