[Bug]: Optimizer given unexpected heat demand not matched

What happened?

When running the attached model the optimizer gives as error heat demand not matched. It is unclear why this error is given. Increasing the capacity of the source does not fix this problem.
Removing heat demand 2, the system will run (Default scenario_runs.esdl)
This is the case of Mathijs van Baarle van Netverder. I already removed parts of the network to get to the core of the rpoblem

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Load model into mapeditor
2. Run optimizer workflow.
3. An error will be returned

Default scenario_does_not_run.esdl.txt
Default scenario_runs.esdl.txt

What should have happened?

Either one of the following:

1. The optimizer runs without error and gives results
2. Give a proper error message which helps the user to understand what is going on and how to fix it

@samvanderzwan here some feedback:
1 - There is a bug in the network setup. Pipes "Pipe 3_ret" and "Pipe 3" (connected to "HeatingDemand 2") is currently ENABLED at DN100. Change these pipes to at least DN125 or bigger. Explanation in item 3 below.
2 - Something has gone wrong in the error message feedback. We will have a look at this, but it can take some time.
3 - The issue currently in this network is that the pipes (set to ENABLED) connected to "HeatingDemand 2" is too small to cater for the heat that has to be supplied to it. The pipe is set to DN100, and the peak heat demand value is 3.5MW (excluding pipe heat losses), which translates to v = Q / rhoAC_pdT = 3.5e6 / (9880.0078544200(70-40)) = 3.6 m/s. The max velocity for a pipe currently is 3m/s in MESIDO. So the heating demand cannot be matched currently and a large pipe is needed. For instance a DN125 can cater for ~4.58MW of heat.
