initializing/resetting text files in data directory

Currently, it's not clear which files in the data directory actually get "reset" when the code is run. Some files seem to continue to hold old data, but I haven't verified this. However, in the data directory, all of the following files should be cleared out as a first step when a new Testing or Training run is performed:

• FailedList.txt

• FalsePages.txt
  

• FalseSnippets.txt
  

• imageFailedNeedHuman.txt
  

• imagePassed.txt
  

• SnippetNameList.txt
  

• snippetPathList.txt
  

• successfulSegments.txt
  

• TruePages.txt
