yes bro i know, just adding it to the list of ipc bugs, or oversights, issues etc, god we love ipc's tech debt

Not a bug, intentional, the augment power cell UI and the IPC power cell UI overlap. Augments need a unique power cell UI before IPCs can get them.

why can't augments drain the power from an ipc power cell?
seems like an easy patch fix no?
