Description
Pause workflow execution until explicit human approval. Shows a notification (desktop, tray icon) with context about what's pending. Reviewer sees the data flowing through the gate and can approve, reject, or modify before continuing. Configurable timeout with auto-approve/auto-reject. Use cases: review before sending an email, approve generated code before committing, validate LLM output before publishing. Different from userInput in that it's specifically designed for approve/reject flows with audit trail.
